General insurer · Exstream upgrade and rebrand
Situation: policy documents, schedules and letters on HP Exstream version 8, with a brand change coming.
What we did: migrated templates to OpenText Exstream 16 (the supported release at the time of the project), then carried the new brand across the customer document estate.
Outcome: documents on a supported release with the new brand applied consistently.
Bank · statements in Spanish
Situation: savings, credit and card statements, monthly and fortnightly, generated from XML data.
What we did: Exstream template design and development, data mapping and ongoing change requests from 2022 to 2025.
Outcome: statement templates in production, extended over several releases.
Bank · new customer templates
Situation: a bank's regional operation needed new customer communication templates.
What we did: requirement study, template design and development, and production deployment.
Outcome: templates live in production.
Manufacturer · Content Server upgrade
Situation: an engineering manufacturer needed OpenText Content Server upgraded safely.
What we did: upgrade planning, clone server build and verification, OTDS and Active Directory set-up, and content migration planning.
Outcome: Content Server upgraded on a planned path.
