Is Exstream now called OpenText Communications?
OpenText now presents Exstream under the OpenText Communications name. Many teams still call it Exstream, and so do we. The services on this page cover both.
Do you work on-premises, in the cloud or both?
Both. We work on server-based Exstream and on OpenText's cloud offerings, and we help you decide which route suits your organisation.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes. Most of our work is alongside internal CCM or IT teams. We can lead a project, add capacity or provide second-line support behind your team.
Do you work across the EU as well as the UK?
Yes. We are UK-based and work with clients across the UK and Europe.
